I purchased this product on 15/07/2020(I never knew what lied ahead of me).
From the first week of December the big burner was not working properly as the gas flame was really low so I made a complaint on 09/12/2020 the technician came on 14/12/2020 still the issue was not resolved the flame on big burner is still low as compared to how it was before.
Also, there’s red flame coming up after HE worked on big burner which will damage my utensils. I have told him multiple times that the flame was high before but he kept on telling me that this is how it is supposed to be and this is how company have manufactured it to be, he did nothing but just cleaned one of the parts and was in a hurry and took off.
It took the technician 5 DAYS TO VISIT MY PLACE AND EVEN AFTER THAT IT IS NOT RESOLVED, I ASKED THE MANAGER OF THE SERVICE CENTRE WHY IT TOOK 5 DAYS HE REPLIED “THERE’S ONLY ONE TECHNICIAN WHO HANDLES OUR LOCALTY WHICH IS HORRENDOUS. GAS STOVE IS THE MOST ESSENTIAL COMMODITY IN THE HOUSE AND BECAUSE OF THIS OUR DAY DAY TO ACTIVITY IS GETTING EFFECTED WHICH THE COMPNAY PRESTIGI purchased a Prestige royale plus Scott glass 2 burner gas stove from Amazon on 15/07/2020. The product is still under warranty as it has 2 years warranty. Later, I made another complaint on 15/12/2020 and this time the technician came after 9 days, I’ve spent almost whole month chasing these guys and and they are so irresponsible and unethical that they’re not even bother to resolve customer’s query in a timely mannered

Of course I bought it after going through many reviews , and now writing my review after using it for a month.
Very nice and aesthetic look. Easy to clean nice packing and delivered without any transit damages. And No words about build quality . It’s simply fantastic.

Great product. But Overpriced. No auto ignition.
Warrantee promised in amazon is not in the booklet (Life time warranty on glass) but not on the warrantee card. Sad Amazon will cheat its loyal customers.
I would have purchased another Prestige model, if amazon had arranged all its models properly. My lesson learnt the hard way on Amazon over the last 2 years. Is to do a lot more research on the site. Just never get carried away with one product! Can amazon be more considerate when it is truly grown to be a global monster (just purchased Whole Foods in US).
