Ok, this may be one of the best cooktops in the market right now . But I can’t help but compare it with our old Mitaso cooktop, which served us faithfully for over 30 years! That kind of durability is rare these days.
Now that we’re using this newer models from Prestige, I honestly doubt this will last more than 8–10 years, even with careful use. The materials and build quality just don’t feel as solid. It seems like companies today are more focused on sleek looks and short-term functionality rather than making products that truly last.
It would be great if brands went back to designing appliances with longevity in mind. After all, durability is a big part of value for money

purchased the item based on reviews so hopefully it is a good product.
First impressions;
it is small and compact and good for when cooking or use small or medium burners
The burners are not in the center of the stove but offset to the back with more space on other front, hopefully this doesn’t become an issue with heavier vessels tipping over
The gas pipe is on the right side of the gas stove which looks very shoddy . There should have been possibility of having it in the back and not in plain sight . Esp since for us, the pipe takes up lots of space on kitchen counter

Writing after using it for 6months. This is extremely pathetic product. The burners stop working within 6 months. The flame of burners is extremely poor. Even if it’s under warranty you have to run behind the company to get it rectified as the service is equally poor. The knobs start coming off and become loose after a few uses and the size is too compact. Not recommended.
