Worst ever hob I’ve used.
First thing is all the stands are not in place. Its keeps moving. And it doesn’t keep the vessel properly in place. More chances to topple while stirring.
No two adjacent burners can be Used simultaneously. Auto ignition is not smooth.
Main thing is the flame in the large burner is coming out and its very dangerous to stand close to the hob while the big burner is in use.
On the whole . . .there are many designing mistakes.
Please do not go for this model.
Was using Kaff for the past twelve Years. Never had these problems, not even once.

Burners not as expected, polish gave way in few days.
The fitter who came, made a crooked hole and ruined the entire range and looks. Also broke a part of granite and kadappa beneath it l. To mend the damage they put a support.
Messed up the entire job. Un professional job.
Auto lighter got spoilt and had to get it done through outside source as no one was responding from service center

First of all the product says that it will not rust but it does within an year. The grills have defect as they do not stand in one place. (Defect is there confirmed by the company person). Spending around 10k on this was a total waste of money. I have had the chimney also of Glen but my exhaust fan does a better job. Again the power is less (confirmed by the company person). Also the after service is very very very bad. Will not recommend it as after you but it you cannot just replace it as the size becomes a problem. I have suffered I do not want anyone else to do the same by looking at the price.
