Brought this for our new home, looked clean and was a flush fit on my kitchen counter top. Encountered frequent issues in auto ignition and the all the burners are too slow. ! Takes a lot of time to cook. Apparently the nozzle sizes are too small in a bid to prove efficiency. Customer service will never answer their calls. If you have an issue, you will have to repair it yourself.
Definitely would recommend NEVER TO BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Neither the product is good or is the Customer service.

We have replaced old Faber Hob with four burners with this model and granite slot modification was done separately. We are using this Hob and it is working fine.
