This glass top gas stove got damaged in this yesterday night.
Is there any warranty claim to be made against the product?

Received the product in good shape and no damages. Auto ignition of 1 burner worked perfectly and 2 worked manually. Hence called support service on warranty and the technician was able to fix 1 of the 2 burners that had Auto ignition not working. The 3 burner needs a replacement and awaiting for repair or replacement under warranty.
Hope the technician is able replace the part which was tight and fix the problem.
Overall happy that 2/3 auto ignition works perfectly and 3rd burner works manually without any problems.

1. Always from burner gas is leaking, full of smell in kitchen.
2. Auto ignition is working in only one burner from day of use.
3. Wrong design, bcos heat is not touching the utensil hence in cooking delaying and waste of time and LPG.
4. Through Amazon warranty is one year, whereas by retailer it is 2 years,
5. I called BF service personal for check, they told warranty over and for replacing auto ignition Rs. 1600.00 will be charged. and took service charges of Rs. 250.00
Please don’t buy this product.

I recently purchased a gas chulla online from butterfly company, and i must say that i am extremely disappointed with the product. The quality of this gas stove is abysmal, an I regret making this purchaae. First and formost the flame on this stove is major issue. It is incredibly inconsistent, and i find myself struggling to get a decent flame every time i try to use it. It take an absurd number of attempts to generate a flame, which is not only frustrating but also a huge waste of time. This is a fundamental flaw in a gas stove, and it’s unbelievable that such a basic function is so poorly excecuted.
I attmpted to seek help by contacting the customer care department, but that proved to be utterly futile. I called them not once but twice, hopping to get some assistance in resolving the issue. However, they were unable to provide any effective solution or guidance on how to make the stove work properly. It’s baffling that a company cannot offer even basic troubleshooting of their own product.
Considering my experience, I would rate this product a 1 out of 5 star. I strongly advice anyone considering Purchasing a gas stove to steer clear of this butterfly company product. It’s not worth the hassle, frustration and disappointment that comes with it. Save your time and money, and invest in a better quality product from a more reliable brand.

Gas stove is really good in design and quality. The space between burners are good enough, also it doesn’t have large burner, it comes with 1 small burner in middle of 2 medium burners. But the auto ignition feature need to be improved a lot. It won’t ignite in few clicks. This need more Research and Development. I have used enormous Auto ignition stoves they are effortless This one has lot to improve on that portion. 5 Star for the gas stove but 3 star for Auto ignition.
