Build quality is good, but has some design flaws.
1. Pan support found same for all the three burner, inadequate for large and medium burners
2. auto ignition, sparks at the pan support in large burner instead of burner side as mentioned earlier it is very close to pan support.
3. Designer should operate it in real time situation with complete assembly, so that they can avoid this mistakes.

Product is ok, not for rough use, always three burners not working, low flame is the issue, everytime struggling with this product, and very disappointing about my purchase, definitely I am not recommending this product to any one, very bad service

Edit: I must add that the customer service department of the company was super responsive to the complaint that I raised. They responded promptly and Iam satisfied with the immediate rectification of my complaint. So, yes, the customer service of the company is top notch and can address your problems in any corner of the country.
