This pot is a must to have for families who cook gravies , Dhal, Sambhar ( esp South Indians) . The heat distribution is good,
Dishwasher safe. I like it’s sturdiness.
Look is very classy .
I recommend buying it with a glass lid as you can visualise when you food is being cooked

Had corrosive spots in the inner side of the brim.

This stainless steel pot is made of thick material and it is heavy, which is good for cooking. So, this doesn’t shake or tend to topple off the stove when vigorously stirring or mixing the food. The glass lid is useful to see the how the food is cooking. The lid has a heat resistant knob and a small hole for steam venting – safe and easy. Works on induction cook top fine. Overall, good.
