Just requires lot of cleaning n seasoning at first few uses to get rid of the black tar.. after that it’s perfect… no rusting .

Used it twice and I am becoming more used to it! Easy to handle till now! I am not sure of the longevity of the handle part yet. One thing to note- it rusts very soon. I mean within minutes of wash. I am not sure if it’s common for all iron sheet vessels. So I season it every time with oil and keep it for next use!

I had been wanting to buy a wok for a long time. Haven’t had tried Solimo cooking utensils before I had doubts in mind about the quality and finish.
Pros: Yes it’s a machine pressed utensil. i.e. it’s sheet metal pressed out of a die. Not hand beaten into shape as an actual wok should be. But, nevertheless the quality of the sheet is even, heats up very well. Takes up seasoning pretty quickly.
Cons: The joint at handle could’ve been a bit more sturdier. It’s not flimsy but it just feels a bit less well done.
For the price this is a bang for a buck.

Food cooks evenly. After you season it, it will not rust at all. Just apply oil before keeping. Don’t keep it wet.
