I initially thought that the pan is too thin and overly priced but after using it over a couple of weeks my opinion has changed.
The pan becomes practically non stick by regular use. It’s recommended to use it only for stir fry veggies, eggs, fried rice, chicken etc and the outcome is fantastic. Gravy items are not suggested for preparation since it may leave iron residue in the food leading to metallic smell and colour. The price would be attractive around Rs 500. Recommended purchase.
