The sheen of the sheet only lasts till the 1st wash. It is definitely not 400Tc abd the cotton is low quality. Sorry just don’t like it

The bedsheet has a smooth and lux feel to it. The color depth is also good. The only drawback to it is I found fabric a bit less because it comes off under from my 8″inch mattress, not sure whether it is due to the satin finish of the bedsheet. Overall it is a good buy.
