The product performs well but the installation was done not very professionally. The indoor unit is not seemlessly attached to the wall as such an invitation for lizards n insects to make home. Installation accessories are charged extra to the tune of 4k.

Product was good but I request to all of you who use amazon to order higher rate products now a days amazon service is so third class and very poor
I have order 1 ton AC in which 3m copper pipe was included but I did not get that after which I raised a complete regarding tha to amazon team but I didn’t get any resolution and the amazon CC team was very rude and I got the loss of 3800 rupees I told amazon CC team to provide copper pipe only but they refused and said they can’t provide any thing and they work like that especially one of them ABDUL he is third class CC executive very rude
So I request to all of you please don’t use amazon online shopping for higher rate products

Initial impressions are ok. Looks good. Installation will not such good in my location. They take 3 days to install. Indoor outdoor unit noice level are very less. Overall experience is good. Cooling is good at this range. I’ll update review if any issues found.
There is no issues found. Except remote control battery drain very fast. Otherwise if you choose correct size of ac for your room it will save you more money.
My eb charges are very lesser which i expect more. My consumption is night 10 pm to 7 am. Daily. Monthly cost of overall eb bill is maximum Rs. 440 only.

For these components normal usage i feel very low current bill below 500 for two months. Its a fentastic ac.
Note: which brand you should choose 5 star ac.

I regret buying the Whirlpool AC. Every year there is a gas leakage, which clearly points to poor build quality. The radiator is also very weak and doesn’t last long. To make things worse, the remote stopped working within a year — very disappointing!
The installation charges were unreasonably high, and the service support is not helpful either. It feels like the product is designed to fail just after the warranty ends.
Strongly recommend NOT buying this AC. It may look affordable at first, but the maintenance costs and constant issues make it a terrible investment.
