Samsung ac 1 ton is working excellant. Amzon delivered it well before time.
However, the intallation technician came after 2 days of its aarival.
The technician installed it but demanded Rs 3700 as istallation chages and we paid.

Power saving ac but need 4way swing, 5 year comprehensive warranty is also fine as it’s give good peace of mind, little bit late installation after delivery, yet its not updated on Amazon till now, installation charges is 1500 but paid 1000 extra for core drilling, & installation quality is fine , likes it 5 capacity based mode as it can help in power saving, but when we run at 120% for quick colling outdoor unit produce quite high vibration & sound.

I Purchased 1-ton 5-star AC and installed on April 6th, 2025. I am completely satisfied with its performance.
It operates in 5 modes — when running at 40%, it consumes around 240–290W, and at 100%, it uses 1150W.
In 15 days of average usage, it consumed 48 units of electricity.
If your room size is 10×12, this is the best AC for it.

Samsung 1 ton 3 star ac is very good product.
The box contained a rubber pad, 200 grams of wall putty, a remote with battery, and outdoor and indoor cables provided by the company.
It would have been better if Samsung provided an adapter. There was no adapter in the box.
But the installation details were not fully provided by Amazon.
That’s why the installer charged more for installing the AC.
Overall the product is good but Amazon charges more for not providing correct information.

I’ve been using the Samsung 1 Ton 5 Star AI Inverter Smart Split AC, and sadly, it has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made.
Product Performance:
From the very next day of installation, the AC started making a loud, constant noise. It’s extremely irritating and makes it nearly impossible to sleep with the AC on. I’ve used brands like Lloyd and Godrej in the past, and they were far quieter. For a premium product from Samsung, this level of noise is unacceptable.
Installation Experience:
The installation was a total nightmare. The inner wire was not provided, and I was charged a steep ₹5,000 for the full installation. The technicians from Ample Services (HBR Layout, Bengaluru) were completely untrained and unprofessional. Their poor measurement left a large, visible hole next to the AC unit, making the entire wall look damaged and unfinished. The bolt head is completely smooth because of extra pressure and improper use of the tool.
They had zero knowledge about the product, tried to double charge, and when requested for vacuuming, they did it for barely 3 minutes – clearly not the correct procedure. The technicians, Zulfam and Sharf, were particularly careless and lacked even basic professionalism.
Final Verdict:
I strongly advise not to buy this AC, or at the very least, ensure the installation is done only through Samsung’s official service center. Always ask for the technician’s ID card to confirm they are from Samsung and not outsourced.
This has been a terrible experience both in terms of product and service.
ZERO stars for installation from Ample Services, HBR Layout.
Avoid this model, and definitely stay away from this service provider.

Before buying this I did lot of reasearch and found better to buy japanese/korean brand than indian brands who don’t have technology of their own.
I selected samsung over panasonic,hitachi and carrier bcz in all the real reviews no one complained about performance of samsung ac, only installation.
Installation is bad for all the brands as it is done by third party, it a shame that in india all installation parties from all the brands are not skilled, they don’t have proper tools even a foldable ladder.
You will be lucky if some skilled person come to do the installation. They dont do white cement and pop work after installation. You tell them where you want installation else they will fix it per their convenience. Ask them to show gas leakage test, cooling check and basic demo of AC. Make video while unboxing the unit and also make video if you think installation person doing something incorrectly. DONT sign on invoice untill you are fully satisfied. Ask them to apply insulation tape over outside unit, you need to pay 100 for insulation tape. Ask them to carefully drill the hole else they dont do neat work. Cover your room with bedsheet due to lot of dust during drilling. DONT unbox the unit yourself, it is the job of installation person. In AC document poly bag they also provided heat shrink black colour tubes which are used when two electric wire are cut and fixed, this heat shrink tube is applied over the joint to avoid any lose connection, lose connections are the main reason of AC fires, ask installation person to use heat shrink tubes if they do a wire joint. Also buy your own plastic thorns and fix it over your outdoor unit to keep pigeons away from sitting on outdoor unit, else it will be mess and disease prone area. Water from drain pipe is clean distilled water so can be used for mopping so collect it in small bucket and dont waste it. Ask installation person to come in morning time due to heat waves and offer them lassi or sharbat.
Apart from installation rs 1770 you need to pay extra for stand 880 and drain pipe (not costly), 16amp plug rs 100, no charges for drilling, if you want to install own stabilizer (if living in electricity fluctuation area) then he will not charge to fix stabilizer. Keep sharp eye on installation work all the time.
AC performance is good, my room is 10×11 and 1 ton is enough, it chills the room in 15 mins at 24 degree and after that I set AC temparature to 28 and use ceiling fan at medium speed, it works well. If you use AC fan option at lowest level then AC is silent, AC air flow works both way up down and right left like cooler. After you buy, Samsung installation person will contact you automatically in 24 hrs, installation will take 2-3 hours. I don’t use AC wifi function to keep my life simple and manual.

Ac is good, but service not good as expected.
Service engineer didn’t vaccum it, when I asked him, he say that new ACs not required vaccum. I further asked everybody says vaccum is must important while installation. He further refuses me. And charged 1200rs extra for labour charges
