Ok so this will be a long term review coz I purchased 3 star 1.5 ton 2023 model in june 23. Pros: The cooling is perfect, the power of the compressor and room cooling capacity is also great.
Con: What I dont like and I think is the only con is the indore blower is a bit noisy specially when the room is silent. I have carrier ac as well and it is more silent.
The outdoor is not that noisy though.

Good AC with excellent cooling. Even at 25 degrees it cools the room pretty quickly(ambient temperature around 37-38 degrees). MirAIe app comes in handy and is an excellent feature at this price point. Got it at 31990 after credit card discount which is excellent. Went ahead and bought two of these. I never felt the need to set the temperature below 24 degrees as it chills the room at 24-25.
Installation experience was decent in my experience. The technician denied to vacuum the AC but I raised a complaint and got it done. Nevertheless, the performance of the AC is top notch.
Things that I liked:
1. Excellent price to performance ratio: At 32k, 1.5 ton AC that too from panasonic is a steal deal. The cooling is ridiculously good.
2. MirAIe App control: Very convenient to control the AC. I use it to pre cool the room before I reach home.
3. Air throw: Even at the lowest fan speed, the air throw is pretty amazing and enough to cool the room.
Things which could have been better:
1. A better remote: It feels very small and difficult to use at night. I use the app instead to control the AC.
2. Even at the lowest fan speed, noise is quite significant but it doesn’t bother much as the cooling is excellent but it could have been more silent.
Things to note:
While pairing the AC with the app, it’s better to connect it with 2.4Ghz band and make sure to disable AP isolation in Wifi Router if it’s enabled.

Installation:
The installation process was an adventure in itself. The team arrived late, and their expertise could be compared to a group of novices (they were literally watching installation videos while installing) trying to assemble a jigsaw puzzle. After hours of struggle, they finally managed to install the AC, only to find out that it was slightly crooked. The perfect touch for a quirky living room!
Cooling:
The cooling performance of this AC is as impressive as a wet firecracker. On a scorching summer day, the temperature in my room dropped from an unbearable 40°C to a moderately uncomfortable 38°C in just two hours! It’s like having a personal sauna, but with a twist of disappointment.
Performance:
The AC boasts a 3-star energy rating, which means it consumes energy like a parched camel at an oasis. However, it makes up for this by providing a soothing hum that can lull you into a restless sleep. The 7-in-1 convertible feature is also a delight, as it allows you to switch between different modes of underperformance.
Range and Coverage:
The range of the AC is remarkable. It effortlessly cools a 10×10 ft room, as long as you’re standing directly under the airflow. The coverage is equally impressive, ensuring that any movement beyond the designated “cool zone” results in an instant sweat session.
Additional Features:
The PM 0.1 air purification filter is a thoughtful addition, as it traps dust particles and leaves them circulating in the air for your breathing pleasure. AC is very good in performance, good cooling, good wifi control by cell phone.
But, issue is instalation, which is very expensive, I have to pay 6500 Rs Extra for the instalation ( for Extea 10 fit pipe, 1 stand & instalation fee) , the person who came to instalation, he was money minded and too 1200 rs exta to cheak my pre fixed line , which is duble charge for every accessories & work from the market…
