Seamless installation service by Midea, experienced technicians and easy appointment schedules. I am happy with my purchase and brand service here in delhi is reliable. Noise is practically only of the fan, size is appropriate for my room 140sqft (1.5ton), everything is functioning well, energy efficiency is something I will be able to comment later, wifi connection is solid

Midea is same AC from Carrier with low price and few non essential features removed. AC performs very good. But seller delivered non wifi model. Please note that Carrier/ Midea non Wifi models also show wifi symbol SA on the AC panel but that will not work. The model number specified on the AC will have alphabet W for wifi model. “W” was missing on my delivered product. I identified this through Midea service personnel after repeatedly raising complaints about wifi feature not working for a month. Seller addressed this by providing an alternate Wifi device which can control my AC through my Amazon alexa device or mobile phone. Performance of the AC is awesome. All modes work well.

This is my first AC for my home., it’s working very smooth 1.5 ton 3star. Upto 20 minutes my room(10*10) gets cool.. and installation is on-time but little bit costly., remote also very less buttons so easy to use., and overall performance and look is good.. thankyou midea..

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the AC unit and the service provided. Due to persistent technical issues, it has required multiple service visits, but the problems still haven’t been resolved. Despite repeated attempts to fix it, the AC continues to malfunction. This has been a frustrating and inconvenient experience, and I expect a proper resolution as soon as possible.
