Remote is not working even in day one.
Wrong information shared by Amazon.
I got a voucher for installation at INR 399+ GST.
The agent asked for 1550/- after installation and I called customer support on 21 May and told me call back on 25 May between 10:00 Am to 2 PM. But no resolution provided yet.

I’m really impressed with this Hitachi AC! It performs even better than I expected. The cooling is fast and efficient, it’s surprisingly quiet, and the energy-saving features make a real difference. Totally worth the investment. Highly recommended!

The installation mechanics were soft spoken and did a great job. I don’t need to talk about the product, its a well appreciated brand.

Poor product and even poor services from supplier company.
I recieved the ac and after four days a technician came to install, his workmanship was even worst he damaged the wall and left the room dirty.
From the next day ac stopped cooling, I lodged many complaints but no one attended the service. After many follow up today the ac has been attended and that technician found the gas leaked. This clearly indicate that the installation was not upto the mark.
Hitachi have no human attended customer support system as well they don’t reply the mails. And even we called amazon they simply say we can’t do anything after 7 days window period. As a buyer where should we go.
Having bought from local dealer we could have followed up with them in person and would have got better support.
Now we have to think twice before buying from Amazon.
