The delivery was quick and on time. The package was sturdy and well made. The installation was done within 48 hours. The indoor unit is compact yet very powerful. The AC is full of features like FrostWash, Good Sleep, Powerful, up/down swing, left/right swing, wide reach, etc. I am very happy with its performance so far. That Hitachi offered 5 years comprehensive warranty compared to 1 year offered by others helped me close this deal quickly.

Awesome product I’m so happy no money waist. No irritating noise. Chilled my room very fast even it set 24 degree . 4 way swing technology very useful because I fix it in my father room. My father has asthama problem so i change the dierection of wind other site of the room. We r very happy for this product.

Pathetic seller, I got a faulty compressor unit. Technician and team looked into it for multiple hour but couldn’t fix. First time I trusted Amazon over Flipkart and got worst item. My entire day got wasted and still there isn’t any hope. Please check seller before buying, prefer brands which have higher orders and booking. Worst decision made by me.
