Do not buy any product of Haier. Extremely disappointed with the service of Haier. Service centre itself doing fraud with customers. I purchased AC 3 months before, we got call from service centre for installation, they sent an unprofessional technician which cause wrong installation and within 3 months it’s part got damaged. Now they are not accepting that the technician visited for installation was not from there service centre. Even though product is in warrenty we have to pay 10k-12k for the damaged part. Neighter customer care helping nor sevice centre is taking responsibility for own fault. Now if we want the AC is in working condition then we have to pay unnecessarily. Haier service is very very bad.

Value for money. I bought it in march 2023 so reviewing it after 6 months of use and i love this product. I didn’t find any flaws of this product. The only thing that disappointed me is the installation charges it costed me around 9000 (my house is double storey and installed the ac on ground floor so due to this high charges) which is absurd.
It looks stylish and modern. Ac comes with lot of functionality to reduce the running cost and to improve efficiency of the product. I didn’t faced any water leakage problem. It makes little noise when running which is reasonable. Haier technicians was also very friendly and professional. Haier arranged the installation same day of the delivery of product.

The front flap doesn’t close fully giving very odd looking. Cooling is good, installation is fast and cheap

It’s not working from 1st day of Installing. Haier Service provided is very poor. Plz don’t buy it from here. Amazon customer care is not taking any step to resolve it and Haier customer care is also not solving the issue… Haier AC are poor quality. Don’t buy it. U will regret after buying it. They are not taking product back. 10 days return is gimmick. They r not taking it back and not repairing it. It’s been more than 10 days of Installation but still they didn’t solved it.
