Great in Cooling overll product is good. Installation by godrej is little expensive.

The media could not be loaded.
Purchased from Amazon…with nice discount of Rs.17000/- with Bajaj finance emi basis…happy for some time ….but Within a month… AC started giving problems…no cooling on very first two days after installation… technician came.. checked it..and found that the gas was leaking out…so he replaced the faulty copper nut bolts…recharged the gas…with zero charge….
After that within 3weeks agian ac got error E6…only indoor unit working and outdoor unit stalled…. again technician came.. checked both indoor and outdoor unit.. after two and half hour…found some unrepairable problem in the IC pannel..said that he can’t repair it….and shall be done by company itself….and he went off without giving any solution for that problem..
And hence now from last three days ac is in stand still position…. again we are forced to use our old ceiling fans in this hot season…no guidance or assistance from anybody… neither company itself nor from authorised service centre who did the installation and keep asking for costly AMC plan for next four years…on the fear of such recurring problems in next life period….very very disappointing experience from Godrej..which I thought one of the best company of my own country origin…swadesi….
And now I am paying for my Swades Prem…
…. it’s a nightmare for me and my family…
Godrej or God… please help me…

Got it delivered one day before promise date. Godrej employee came on time but they charge hefty ₹2500 (1750 installation + 750 stand cost) & were nudging me to let power cord to run above AC openly(not inside the special housing since power plug is on left side) but only after my forceful intervention he agreed to rectify.
AC cooling seems good.
Auto swing is only vertical as horizontal swing is manually adjustable.

Over all a good experience, from installation to product usage. But more than a review this is reminder and a proof that the 4th slide on product image shows 5 years comprehensive warranty free worth 7990/- it also says 0 hidden cost and no gass refill charges, no labour charges, no remote replacement cost. It is few weeks since I installed. It is good. Noiseless and cools rapidly. Though time is needed to judge more,
Overall this is a good product.

Very bad after sale service, the performance is very bad of the product the AC is not getting on with the remote, the synchronization is very bad between the remote and the AC, the product is defective that is why it is totally value for money because it is not working,
After multiple complaints the Godrej didn’t even give a response the people at the customer service centre are unorganised and mismanagement..
The cooling of the AC is not affective.
I got the product on 1st of April 2025 and the installation was done on 7th of April 25 after 6 days… That was beginning of the poor service..
Initial days for 10 days it was working OK, cooling efficiency was also okay it was not effective, then after sometime the remote was not working properly and the AC was not getting on, so I complained on Godrej customer service, till date I have not received any response from Godrej.
So I would recommend to not to buy Godrej product not sure about this AC might be a defective one from the lot..!!
