I ordered a brand-new 1.5 ton Godrej AC from Amazon, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The unit arrived with no gas and was completely non-functional right out of the box. It was supposed to be new, but it clearly wasn’t in working condition.
To make things worse, the company’s technician came for installation, discovered the unit had no gas, and said he would return the next day to fill it. He never showed up, despite multiple follow-ups. I reached out to Amazon for a return or replacement, but they refused to help. Absolutely ridiculous for a product that was defective from the start.
This is unacceptable service from both Amazon and the seller. I’ve wasted my money, time, and energy—and I’m still left with a useless AC. Think twice before buying any appliances from here.

Look wise good but high noise from indoor unit. Poor installation teams, high material charges. Their team damaged my wall and furniture. Even they took 11k for installation whereas outside non godrej installation team quoted 8k for the same. As per their terms, warrenty will not be given if it’s not installed or serviced by the godrej teams. So, went with their expensive instalation.

Delivery was quick infact same day and technician also visited same day to install but later found gas leakage in outer.
Outer was replaced next day after making few calls and AC installed and working fine so far.

I was buy 24 may this Ac,
The technician coming and install 25 may. And today, 26 may night,ac not cooling. I am very disappointed. The customer support is not working good. They not register my complain. They say some technical issue. Please contact after sometime back to back three time, same error
