The product performs well — it’s quiet and cools quickly. However, the installation process is a downside. In my case, the 10-meter copper wire that was supposed to be included was missing, but Amazon promptly refunded the amount, which I appreciated. I have to check for energy efficiency after month but as the brand well known for the same.
Be aware that installation can be delayed, as the service team typically contacts you two days after delivery. Additionally, their charges are significantly higher than those of local electricians or installation services.

Good AC- ask them to use vaccum before installing copper pipe
pros –
low power consumption
ODU is really big for 1 ton size
remote is slim
build quality is good
installation was smooth (1770 installation charge+750 extra drain pipe and wrap charge)
wifi and app work as expected
also shows monthly energy consumption in APP
cons-
no blue coating on ODU radiator
blower is bit loud in auto mode
have to use in cold mode with blower at low speed (but this mode makes room much cooler than target)
batteries not included in remote

The Cooling is excellent fit for small room.You would generally notice a latency in the remote which is OK.Installation was smooth h/w it was nowhere 1500/- as mentioned..I was charged 6300/- citing extra copper pipe etc…The cooling is good and installation done same day of delivery…1ton best AC do not think twice just go for it..

Low noise when working on 27-24 temp

Cooling capacity is very good and efficient
Have to check energy efficiency level
No light on Ac indoor units body over the design it claims… except the own led display for temparature….
Installation toll me around 4000.00/- which is very costly be aware of it when buying

Excellent cooling. Despite average sized room this 1.0 ton cools it efficiently. Wifi features are useful. I’ve linked this ac with alexa and controlling it through alexa. Overall a good product with value for money.

In the sweltering heat of Chennai summer of which I had only heard of till now, I soon felt the need of an AC badly as March came. I did not know which AC to buy as there were many options available but I took the chance of buying Carrier because of the reviews, even though I had an LG at my parent’s home. It was one of the best decisions I have taken recently. Its awesome. Not only is there wifi connectivity which means I can operate it from anywhere via an app, it can also track the no. of units consumed (which can also be displayed on the AC unit) , which stops the electricity bill from being a nasty surprise. It also has the functionality to choose variable power modes from 0.8ton to 2.5ton or something which is absolutely very handy. Been using for 1.5 months now, installation was prompt, service man came to install 1 day later after delivery and finished in 2-3 hours. Unit is also very quiet. Yet to see how the service experience is going to be but very satisfied with it till now.
