Blue Star is the known for their quality Cooling and HVAC products. No doubt I am super happy with the performance, energy consumption and its superfast cooling.
Just for the record, It cools down a room size of 140 sqft from 34 deg to 24 deg in 5 mins!
Verdict:
Overall very good product and reasonable installation charges (unlike one Japanese brand which cost me 10.5 k for installation!). Only thing was the young technician sent to install the ac from their service partner Cool Air in Blore, took 7 hours to get the work done and also it wasn’t quality work as I had to myself supervise at various stages. For eg., in the pic see how the 3 pin plug is fixed to the wire.

extremely disappointing experience I’ve had with my recent purchase of a Blue Star air conditioner, despite my friends advising me against it due to the brand’s declining service reputation.
Unfortunately, their warnings proved to be accurate. Just a day after installation, I encountered water leakage from the indoor unit. I promptly raised a complaint with the service center, but instead of sending a qualified senior technician as requested, they repeatedly sent random mechanics.
Over the course of a month, I raised three separate service tickets, resulting in six visits and two parts replacements, yet the issue remained unresolved. The unit was opened and tampered with three times within this short period, which raises serious concerns about its long-term durability and performance.
Ultimately, I requested the unit to be returned. However, even after two scheduled pickup attempts, the item has not been collected, and my refund is still pending. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.
I expected much better support from both Blue Star and Amazon, especially when it comes to after-sales service and resolution of defective product issues. I kindly urge Amazon to expedite the return and refund process at the earliest, as my money is currently stuck and I have been left without a working product.

This product has several issues. It struggles with cooling and is noticeably noisy during operation. Unlike other brands, it doesn’t offer a horizontal swing feature and doesn’t come with a remote stand. Installation cost me ₹2,249, which feels excessive given the overall experience.
The worst part is the after-sales service — absolutely pathetic. The service center hasn’t responded despite multiple calls. I strongly advise against buying this brand. Poor product quality and even worse customer support.
