The product is very good – spacious and useful, exactly as described. However, the service for assembly was extremely disappointing and took far too long. The delay really affected the overall experience. I had to reach out to customer care multiple times and they were just raising the ticket but not resolving the query. At the end I had to call myself to the assembly person who had once called me but didn’t turn up. I called him many times and just kept on taking update of when he will come. I did this for two days and finally he came. The experience was really affected by such activity.

The table is actually so good, easy to use and the finishing touches are so good… It gives a perfect match to the requirement, and the material is so good and sturdy and hard. Overall I really really loved the product and I’m really happy using it.

Nice product but pethetic service. If you are going to buy this please make sure you have extra 600rs for installation cause the installation person will never turn up, no matter how many time you complain. Since it’s free installation there are least cared. So be aware of that. (Product wise it’s worth for the price)

wrost customer service for pickup up the defect item
my self bought a study table and found scarce marks in it and afer 20 to 30 calls and 7 to 9 pickups the study table still at home.
reason pickup agent does not pick up from door steps.
Pick agent west and so as Amazon customer executive and customer service manager and customer service rep

I placed order 10april and it was delivered on 12april. But it’s hardware part we’re missing so we complained for replacement but they said for return. Same day we raised complaint for return. No body came for pickup article. We daily call or chat with executive. After so many request one delivery boy Deepak came from Delivery courier but he declined to picked item from first Floor of my house and even I requested him to help me to came it down. But he misbehaved with me and after so many complain and request my order picked 18 April.
