The chairs are nice and comfortable. However, I Had ordered 7. One was defective and didn’t have slots for screws. Can’t reach the vendor to share this feedback nor can I replace.
However after a long back and forth with customer care, the defective one got returned.

Very poor quality…..don’t even deserve one star …..first of all the product I got is all broken and rusted secondly no proper instructions are given. This product is not worthy of the price that we pay

I recently bought this chair and I’m very happy with the purchase. It arrived well-packed and was easy to assemble. The mesh backrest provides good support and ventilation, which keeps me comfortable even during long work sessions.

Thank You… Arrived Much earlier than mentioned… Good product with good quality.. I’ll recommend it to anyone.. only thing which needs attention is in manual when you installing back rest… You need to fix it from front and not as from back as shown in picture… Thanks again for both Amazon and Suppliers…

First of all- check tha availability of all the parts then start the assembly.
A brochure was delivered with the chair mentioning if there is a part missing, contact and they will get the parts sorted. I trusted it and started assembly. There were 4 bolts missing and backrest is not yet assembled.
Contacted in the number given on brochure. They asked to share the invoice. I did. After tgat no response from then in 24 hours. They have stopped picking up my call.
Amazon customer support was helpful and they aksed me to return the item and they will get tye refunds processed. But I did assemble the chair and the gas pipe can not be dismantled without causing a little damage hence I cant returnit because it wont get adjusted in the original packaging. Only the seller can help me by supplying the missing parts and they dont intend to do that. Now I have half assembled chair wandering around my place
Now about quality. Overall its good at this price point but some issues needs to be looked into. I have shared the iamges of the washer which holds the handle to the body. Very low quality, started getting damaged even when I didnt tighten then fully. I have shared images. These wont stand long. I will have to get good quality one from local market.
Chair will be good if the makers do these tweaks and deliver all the parts. Unless these are sorted , its not recommended to buy it. I will call the local carpenter, get it dismantled and return it. Their ignorance got me annoyed.

Perfect height for office chair and very comfortable, assemble can take a few more minutes to adjust the screws buts can be done, height adjust ment accordimg to your need, feel strong amd sturdy , and tilt function is also good, the wheels are really smooth to move around tables. Overall its good prodict for such a price.👍
