I have been using it past 9 months it’s really good chair and value of money, they should have provided a manual but we can watch video and assemble it and with the chair you can easily work for 10 – 12 hrs you don’t feel any pain in the back or next and has good comfort

The chair has absolute top notch build quality and the wheels are nice, the chair is very comfortable to sit and work. The adjustment features were amazing.The lifting mechanism is a charm in this price range. The problem is the installation. Everything was smooth until we faced an issue while mounting the back of the chair. It has three screw holes, in which two of them had plastic on the thread of the screw hole. It seemed to be a manufacturing mistake. It took two hours to remove that using soldering machine. I was frustrated due to that. I thought of returning the chair,but i somehow managed to fix the issue. If you think you could handle this, the chair is absolutely the best one you could buy in the price range

The steel edge on the footrest is a bit sharp and can cause minor scratches. Smoothing this out would make it a perfect product for the price.
