We didn’t have ready-made mattresses at our home prior to this. After using this grid mattress for nearly 7 months we are happy to say this is the one we wanted. As promised so delivered. Love to sleep on this every night and when tired.

Was thinking of buyi g a mattress as the one I had had become lumpy giving me a lot of discomfort. Trawled through various sites and asked a few friends and relatives. Was given quite a lot of advice and if I out a value to each, I could retire without a thought of money:)
One name kept repeating a few times and in one of my trawls through Amazon, found it and was surprised at the good reviews. Am naturally suspicious about so many nice reviews but for want of something better for my budget, bought this mattress.
When I got the intimation of delivery from Amazon, I informed the security staff at my apartment that a mattress is being delivered and to let them use service elevator. When I opened the door for taking delivery, I was taken aback by the size of the same. Just the size of a few pillows bound together! Kept the delivery guys waiting and opened up the videos on Amazon product reviews and there it is! Packed and wrapped size is small!
Stated using it straight away and I should say it was very comfortable from the start. A few days later, the wakefit people called and gave some points on usage and maintenance. The most telling thing was that I was using wrong side up (and still comfortable!) and that the zipper side should be at the bottom. Great! Should have an even better experience. Quite bouncy, soft but firm!
Let us see. Hope this lasts at least 10 years. Will give an edit 6 months from now on the quality and experience.

The mattress is very good for the money spent. It’s also light weight and easy to lift and carry or move. The grid is supportive and good.
The one I bought had a defect where the xpert grid was loose. I got in touch with the customer care at WakeFit and they were very helpful. After sharing a few pictures of the defect, the team at WakeFit provided me with a replacement mattress. The whole process was simple and very fast.
I’m very satisfied with the mattress and impressed with the customer care from WakeFit.
The delivery was done through Delhivery, so check and see if they have a doorstep delivery for your home.
Please note that the mattress bought from Amazon has a 10 day return/replacement policy. To avail the 100 days trial option you’ll have to buy from the WakeFit website.

The mattress is firm yet comfortable. I find it distinctly more comfortable than my old mattress. I get a more restful sleep, feeling less warm even when sleeping on one side. The packaging was wonderful and the follow up phone call detailing care tips was a welcome surprise. It fitted well in my queen size bed.

This is the Best Mattress i slept on after 20 yrs literally. I did not change my previous mattress for 20 yrs because i am used to sleeping on hard mattress but seriously, i am thankful that i bought this mattress.
I used to get backpain and neck pain for the past 2 years due to sleeping on my old mattress but my Doctor told me that i had spondylitis thats why i get the pains…
But as soon as i bought this mattress, all my pains went away…
Today, i know that the Doctor was lying and deliberately never spoke about the mattress i sleep in so that i can be her patient for life….So bad, Doctors have literally become criminals now….so bad !!!
I cannot thank your company enough for this.
I travel a lot due to my Business in Event Industry and i am used to sleeping in Hotels on Spring Beds…
This Spring Mattress is very close to the Hotel ones in comfort and feel…I LOVE IT !!!
The only Con is :
1. When you sit on its sides, the mattress sinks too deep as if it doesnt have any strength.
2. Also, if you sleep towards the sides, you have a chance of falling down as the mattress loses its strength on the sides and just sinks in pushing you out of the bed….
3. Most beds have a Solid Lining on the sides to not let this happen, but this mattress doesnt have that lining.
Thats the only Con i saw because of which i gave a 4 star….Else you deserve a 5 star !!!
Pros:
1. Soft and very bouncy.
2. But if you lay down, it is quite firm and holds your body really well.
3. Your partner wont bounce around if you move a lot on this bed which is great !!!
4. Very comfortable for a heavy person.
5. I have slept on it for 12hrs straight without any neck or body pain.
6. Your kids will surely love to bounce on it !!!

I would like to add on that the matress is so soft enough that you don’t feel like waking up. To be honest, I’m missing my login time after sleeping on this matress.
I recommend anyone who is struggling from backpain to proceed to order this matress. I bet you’ll get rid of your back pain during sleep.
