I don’t want to give 1 star. You deserve 0 stars. I have ordered an ortho mattress from Amazon of size 78 x 60 x 6 inch and it looks like I received the mattress of 5 inch width. When I contacted the customer care team, they requested me the images of the mattress with size measured through measuring tape. I shared the images with a measuring tape clearly showing that the mattress width is 5 inch and then customer care doubting that I am not sharing the correct images and not touching the measuring tape to the bottom of the floor.Then to clear their doubt, I folded the steel bracket of measuring tape which is of 1 inch and showed them that now it shows a total size 6 inch after folding 1 inch at the bottom. Now they are saying your mattress is 6 inches…They do not know the basics of measuring tape or they do not want to accept their mistake. I have explained to them that for your understanding I have folded 1 inch of measuring tape but still they don’t accept it.This is worst from livpure and refrain from buying the bad quality products from livpure and stay away from mental harassment given by their customer care team.
