I recently purchased a mattress from Amazon, hoping it would meet my comfort needs. However, upon receiving it, I found that it was too soft for my liking. When I contacted Amazon to initiate a return, I was informed that the product could only be replaced, not returned, as per the product policy. This was surprising and disappointing, as I believe such conditions should have been clearly communicated in the product description to allow customers to make informed decisions. As a result, I now find myself stuck with a mattress that doesn’t meet my needs, and I feel let down by the lack of support from the supplier and Amazon India.
