The product is good and I like it but it was received damaged there is a small torn hole due to bad handling by the delivery guys.

First of all, let me talk about Kurlon Retail service.
Initially, I purchased a different coir mattress without realizing its thickness and the mattress was also too hard. I called up Amazon for an exchange not very sure if a mattress exchange is possible. But Amazon connected me with Kurlon Retail. After informing them about my mattress issue, the lady at Kurlon Retail immediately assigned for a pickup. The return was done the same day and refund was issued the very next day. Pls remember, its not easy to deliver such a heavy mattress on 4th floor, then again send someone to take it back. I was impressed at Kurlon Retail since it was my mistake but they still immediately issued for a return/refund, no questions asked.
After this part was done, I asked them for a mattress suggestion and they sent link of this mattress. It suited my requirements perfectly so I bought it. It is perfect for back pain and is also comfortable. Not too soft, not too hard.
Thank you Kurlon Retail and Amazon for the amazing service and patience!
PS: @Amazon pls send expert delivery guys and if the product is big and floor is mentioned in address, then send adequate men. I had to arrange for addition help to get the mattress at my flat, this despite mentioning floor and asking for extra support help.

It’s awsome ! Suffering from slip disc and it suits me best. Upmost in comfort and it’s neither too hard nor soft . Its firm and will be like by people who are looking for a firm mattress. Kurlon is a reliable company in mattress . Had a coir mattress in the 1990s and that was also durable for very long.

Purchased due to back problems. The mattress is very comfortable and sturdy for support. This mattress is value for money and has also helped reduce lower back pain
