Have been using this for years now and still the cotton is not tore down and holds it’s form correctly. Never got such great quality materials from local shops who mix synthetic materials in mattress. This one is real cotton

Filling used is not actual soft cotton, synthetic soft material filled. Expected was actual soft cotto
Also outer cover is not very thick., Better cloth can be used.
