It’s more like a synthetic sheet. It’s thick, feels like plastic not meant for intended use. It’s really hard to work with. Ruined the art work completely.

I wanted to try in Tanjore paintings. But was a big disappointment after getting the product. These sheets are not backed by thin paper as usual Tanjore foils are, rather, there is thin loose paper that is used as a separator between foils. These foils are of the thickness of foils used for sweet decoration. Not at all suitable for paintings. Even touching or slight breeze damages these.
These foils would have added lot of values if they are actually pasted on the thin sheets used as separator, then handling in craft work would have been easy.
As couple of foils were already damaged in breeze while opening, I don’t want to return. Now need to think of some idea to use in some craft without wasting.
