Yes good you can buy. See TDS meter is good for which I purchased take few readings and calculate the mean value then you can check water quality easily
Easy to carry good compact design with a temperature sensor but that is not so good I found temperature sensor is accurate sometimes but at this price you are getting a good TDS meter. Easy to use Temperature sensor has c/f reading. Therefore you can buy quick speed,check water quality change function easily. You will also get 2 extra batteries and other 2 batteries are installed in it .
