Immediate change in feel of the water..though only used once but can say that the water colour n smell changed drastically for good..it’s mentioned that put 2 to 3 caps in 20 litre bucket but no cap provided with the product.. atleast provide a cap to measure and use the solution.

Good product and easy to use.
Take 2-3 caps of solution and add it into your 20 ltr bucket. Mix well. Your water is now soft. You can use the water to bathe or shampoo your hair.
