It worked really well for 5-6 months. Then charging frequency kept on increasing till it stopped working completely after 1 year 4 days.

I request you don’t purchase this product is it not up to the mark ….as low quality and they don’t provide warranty means (Zero days warranty) once you received, they will deny returning as say 0 days warranty .Konquer Times company non trustable company with in 3 months this product malfunctioning with charging later with in 5 months its stop complete working. Pathetic product doesn’t purchase

It’s good when it works, but not very reliable long term . We bought two of this, one broke down completely after a few months of use. The second one started leaking water constantly. So, while this is an efficient solution, the product quality needs to be raised considerably for long term needs.

Works as intended. The Litre Per Minute is low so you’ll be standing quite some time to have your glass/bottle filled. I’m not sure how to clean the metal dispensing tube provided so I just put it in boiling water for some time. Make sure rhe metal tube and the plastic body are connected nice and snug otherwise the device leaks from the opening.
