I love this product!!!
At first is a little hard to get it Bc you have to learn how to fold the cup properly and the best way so you can get use doing it but once you get it it’s awesome, no leaks, go over the night without problem and the best of it my cramps reduced like 90% and to me it feels like any other day;
I highly recommend not only for the way you will feel after learning but also the quality of this material is unbelievable the only thing I had to cut the little tail on the end Bc on the first day I was feeling a lot awhile I’ve walked but after the cut nothing, to be honest for a moment during my day I’ve forgot that I was on those days and simply my day went by like if it was a normal day;
Please don’t be afraid of getting lost inside Bc it won’t and learn about your body is a blessing;
I actually wanted to say thanks to this company for making those and supporting also the woman’s at India as well is not everyone who has the same privilege as us; Thank you so much for putting such a hard work to do a really good product and to support other women’s which doesn’t have access to necessarily hygiene, thank you for making it possible…

Well, for this product, it seems to be quite revolutionary. At the same time, ladies had been following the natural way so far.
Although i have used it once, tried using it for two days, there was leakage, i felt, the rim was quite thick, as i had pain during inserting it and it could not open in. Tried exactly using as in the booklet, and as very hygiene oriented, had to use the carefree small pad along with it.
My nightmare started, when i literally cried in the toilet, as i was unable to push it out and i felt a vacuum had been created and the tip which has to be held out by fingertips had gone more inside.
All the more, after 4 hours, i tried pushing it out in the WC, with all my fingers in blood, ( i literaly felt as if i was going through the gynaec test!). I shouted and felt will have to be carried to the hospital in order to get the silicone out.
I tried to control my breath, somehow held it and pushed outside with great pain.
my hubby just shouted why i had to indulge myself through all this.
as an optimistic person and a wider outlook, i have written my story, will try using it in the next menstrual cycle.
But the methodology written in booklet is of less use. I ordered the medium size instead of large as mentioned according to age group and also the child bearing as proposed a a healthy well nurtured lady.
But medium size rim is hard for insertion.
Cant say about others!
As a regular buyer from amazon, i have never returned a product, so really felt like writing the review.
Hope the discoverers could make more changes.
And as a natural person, wouldnt recommend using the cup until and unless you are at home with ample water supply, and i was thinking, these thoughts going round and round, if i was travelling and there was little water, i would have been all stained.
Thanks to the pad, they still continue.
And as working lady, i feel from heart, these 3 days of heavy menstrual bleeding are god gift naturally, so we must relax during that time period to let our hormones recover, and we be energetic after the gruelling 3 days! Be at eae, look after ourselves, be fed, after all, its excretion happening from our body, why hamer the process and keep running around.
As a spiritual person also, i deeply feel, why insert inside the vagina an external tube for collecting blood!!
To all those ladies who try becoming macho only during those 3 days, dont u feel the energy dip if you exert urselves for 3 days : energy dip after 3 days.
Thanks to the inventors but for me am happy with my natural being.
Thats why ladies used to rest in the earlier ages also during menstruation. It was for a reason.

Once you get used to it, life changing. Went from changing pads every 2 hrs over night to getting a full nights worry free sleep.
You definitely have to get used to it, but saves money and is more convenient.

This product serves as a healthy, chemical free and environment friendly alternative to sanitary pads which are widely used and recommended. The efficient design prevents almost all possibilities of leakage and hence prevents staining of clothes. The process of inserting, removing and sterilizing is convenient and hygienic, allowing the product to be low maintenance and saving a lot of time especially for working women, moms etc. This product can be used upto 8 years if properly sterilized, hence making it extremely cost effective while also significantly reducing the waste generated from single use sanitary pads. . The material is silicon, hence is non-toxic unlike the toxic chemicals that are used in sanitary pads that causes rashes, itching, infections and on the long run, even cancer. A minor inconvenience might be experienced during initial uses but with more use, you will be amazed by how comfortable and convenient the product is.

This device is awesome, and I cant rate it highly enough. It feels like I don’t even have a period when wearing, and lasts up to 12 hours just fine.

I bought this cup two years ago and never got around to writing a review. For context, I just turned 16 and I have been using the small size since I was 14. After all this time, I feel like I finally know it well enough to give my full thoughts ( I’ve also included some tips at the end of the review ).
This is easily the most comfortable menstrual product I have ever used. I was a little scared going into it, especially because I’d seen nobody my age try it yet, and it took me a long time to properly figure out how to use it. But since I made that leap, it has made life so much easier. I’ve gone cycling, skating, running – all on my period with no issue at all.
I can sit or sleep in any position I want and that has drastically reduced the amount of discomfort I feel. It has never leaked, at least not since I figured out how to insert it properly. It doesn’t hurt. I only have to change it around 3-4 times on the heaviest day ( between 6 to 8 hours ). On any other day I usually only have to change it twice, following a 9-11 hour cycle. Doesn’t take long to change once you get the hang of it. I can empty and reinsert in less than 5 minutes.
I strongly recommend you look up size charts and do your research to figure out what is best for you, and also look up health risks or speak to your doctor if you’re worried about them. As long as you follow the hygiene instructions, you should be fine.
The only downside I can think of it that you can’t really change it in places that don’t have a good water supply, so most public restrooms won’t be suitable if you’re outside.
If you’re considering getting it, and especially if you’re a young teenager and worried that it’s not suitable for you, I recommend you try it out. I am definitely never going back to pads.
SOME TIPS FOR FIRST TIMERS:
1. Don’t panic if the stem has gone further inside by the time you’re taking the cup out. Just take a deep breath and push, it will slope down itself until you’re able to reach the stem.
2. Don’t just pull on the stem to take the cup out. Pull it gently only to the point where you can reach the base of the cup. Once most of the stem is out, reach up with the tips of your forefinger and thumb and pinch the base of the cup while tugging on it gently.
3. Since the cup is soft, it sometimes doesn’t open up once it’s inside, and it can be tricky to get it to unfurl. This was the biggest difficulty of being a first timer for me and the main reason why it took me so long to use the cup properly. My personal solution is this: I use the punch down fold and once most of the cup ( about three fourth ) is inside, I pinch the base of the cup and push it the rest of the way inside while keeping it in that position. ( Pinching the base forces the fold to open up.
4. Don’t ignore the hygiene instructions at any cost. Clean the cup and your hands well before you insert, or you could end up with an infection. Don’t use harsh or scented soaps to clean the cup. Just clean it with warm water and boil it at the start and end of your cycle. Keep your hands clean at all times while handling it.
5. Don’t let it stay inside for more than 12 hours. That time limit is there for a reason. Even if your flow is light, take it out within 12 hours or you run the risk of an infection or other health complications.
6. It can be a little messy. If you can’t handle looking at the blood or if you’re uncomfortable messing around down there, that’s completely understandable, this just isn’t the right product for you.
I hope you give it a try and have a positive experience. There is a learning curve involved so don’t be discouraged if you don’t get it right away.
