I wanted a daily protein powder for milkshake. Then I got this one from Oziva. It has Tulsi and giloy which are good for immunity building and gut health. The flavour is nice and no sugar is added which is a bonus.

Based on the label, I do not recommend this protein supplement, and here’s why:
Main Concerns:
1. High Trans Fat (1.64g per serving) – This is a big red flag. Even small amounts of trans fat are harmful over time and are not expected in health supplements.
2. Added Sugar – While not extreme, any added sugar in a protein powder, especially one aimed at health-conscious users, is unnecessary.
3. Lack of Clarity – It doesn’t clearly state the source of trans fats or why it’s present in such a high amount (which is unusual for a protein supplement).

Product is good, it helped me solving my hormonal imbalance problem, it reduced my weight, I’m loosing my hair, skin has become good, but one thing very much bothering me is the cost of the product, it looks it’s too costly, with the same cost it should serve for total one month or else cost should be reduced to affordable rate, it’s good product for women health which is useful for every woman ,so cost to be lookin plz/flavors both are nice

It is very happy for me to share about this excellent product. This is very proteinicious. I love the product. Purchased just 6 days ago. I feel very uncomfortable with the price, I consider it to be less than 30$ because it is about 1450/- Rs in India, but in US it is too much nearly 3 .5 times the price.
