Good source of protein but tastes like wheat flour, not drinkable, mixing and dissolving in water or milk requires time! But works in this price!

I’ve tried a few plant-based proteins, but this one really stands out. The unflavoured formula mixes easily with smoothies, and I love that it has 25g of clean protein with 5g BCAAs per scoop. It doesn’t feel heavy on the stomach and gives a noticeable boost in post-workout recovery.

Taste is not good though. I have purchased three times but the last one I bought has a mixability issue.no discomfort in the stomach. Is effective and good if you are someone who is lactose intolerant.

In the last many years of using protein shakes, never seen a worst product. I could use onlytwo scoops until now and it has been horrendous. The protein is ground to a talcum powder consistency that it smokes even to shake the bottle and cant even get a scoop of this protein powder out of the bottle without inhaling fine powder: There is absolutely nothing to recommend about this product And how is it that Amazon is allowed to stock items of this poor quality. Total shambles. Taste is nothing to write home about.
