I’ve been using the plant protein for the last two years, with consistent quality. However, my last purchase of 2kgs was of very poor quality. The powder didn’t mix well with water and was really sweet making it unpalatable.
Before posting a review online, I approached the customer care number. I was asked questions, such has “in what do you shake?, Can you send me a video of you making it?” After pointing out the fact that I’ve been using the powder for the last 2 years and have not changed the shaker or water content or the amount of energy put into shaking it.. I reluctantly sent out the video because there was no response shown to address the complaint..
It took a total of 7 days for the “technical head” to get on a call only to inform me that they have changed the supplier of pea protein to “improve” the quality of protein powder.
I told him that it has clearly NOT “improved” and that my complaint should be addressed and resolved swiftly. It seemed he was reluctant to offer a solution or even show the slightest sense of an apology. I mentioned that I’ve been a customer for over two years now, I’ve waited for over a week to be told there is no resolution, and if you didn’t offer a replacement or a refund, i’d be compelled to write a bad review.
I was then told to get the product tested (at my expense, I assume) and was also asked “what would happen if we sent a replacement and the powder didn’t mix well with water?” I was disgusted with the tone of voice and approach of the company representative to address a repeat customers complaint.
Can any one recommend me another vegan protein powder brand?

Maine kai plant-based proteins try kiye hain, lekin MyPro Plant Protein sabse behtar nikla. Main ise rozana pani ke saath leta hoon aur ye bina kisi lumps ke easily mix ho jata hai – jo ki plant protein ke case mein rare hota hai.
Sabse achhi baat ye hai ki isme BCAA bhi included hai, jo workout ke baad muscle recovery ke liye kaafi effective hota hai. Taste bhi natural aur refreshing hai – na zyada meetha, na bland.
Agar aap ek clean, vegan-friendly, high-quality protein supplement dhoondh rahe ho, to MyPro plant protein definitely try karna chahiye. Yeh baki plant proteins se kaafi better hai – worth the price

The powder dissolves nicely and smoothly. Alphonso mango taste is ok. But with 3 scoops of powder it is better. Received the item just 2 days ago. Need to see how much protein is assimilated in the body after using it for a few days. I am adding this after using for 2 days. I am a diabetic and avoid sugar. This powder and drink tastes very sweet for a diabetic.
