I find this a reasonably good plant protein after trying many Indian plant proteins. This is worth the investment. The taste is also not that bad. Most importantly after effects are good. Otherwise, some plant protein products in the market have extreme heaviness. This protein is relatively easy to digest.

I found the taste and texture unappealing, it was difficult to mix in water, and it caused me significant digestive discomfort. I would advise against consuming it.

The protein seems ok to digest and does have a decent nutrient profile. But it contains a huge amount of iron which can cause some problems in people who has gastric issues. I will recommend to avoid this . I used 2 bottles but I had to visit a doc and get tests done as I was getting an overdose of iron with this powder. I changed to another brand and everything was fine. Be aware

This GNC plant protien is very easy to digest and effective, after consuming there is no issue of bloating or heaviness.
From my side this protien is 100% recommended as It provides you strength.
I have tried plant protien earlier but this GNC plant protein hazelnut is far better than other and one of the best protien in India
You can also try this and it will a value for money protien for everyone

Good protein powder, easy to mix. I did not have any digestive issues. The texture of the drink either you mix it with milk or water, tastes very chalky and gritty. It’s hard to swallow. It also has a thickening agent that even with water makes it smoothie like.
But I am getting used to this now, just a fair warning for anyone trying this plant protein.
