This product is a replacement of earlier South Korean coffee by Nescafe. I liked the earlier product better than this one due to better flavour and even smoothness. This coffee is not as good as the earlier gold coffee in colour, odour and taste . The robusta and arabica combination in this is different from the earlier one. Personally I would ask Nescafe to bring back the earlier South Korean coffee back.

The taste of this coffee is not very soothing.. very dark coffee which generally doesn’t attract many people..

This coffee is a really great instant coffee – it has the aroma and taste of Arabica and Robusta. However, note that since this is instant coffee, it will still not be same as filter coffee. However, they are as close as instant coffee could be. So when I am too busy and I don’t have the time or energy to prepare filter coffee, this is a great substitute. Nescafe has really done great work in preparing this coffee.

Its been 21 year of my life of which I am drinking Nescafé the greater part of my life and its evident to say that Nescafe and café gold are just almost the same product with different labels…. we are better off with the OG version.. Although I have just tasted it once after it was delivered to my house, got to say it, the experience was just the same.
