I recently purchased the Noise Pulse 2 Max smartwatch, attracted by its features such as the 1.85″ display, Bluetooth calling, 10-day battery life, and 550 NITS brightness. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. Right from the first day, the watch did not work as expected. It has significant functionality issues, and I find the interface very hard to operate, which makes it difficult to use effectively.I hope the Noise team will take this feedback seriously and provide a satisfactory resolution soon.

I received the watch today.Its too good quality and smooth. go for it guys. battery backup is also good for me, voice calling quality is clearly both side.App interface is good to understand and easy.

Dear Users,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent complaint regarding the Noise Pulse 2 Max smartwatch purchased on 18-June-2025.
From day one, the watch failed to power on and showed a blank screen. Assuming it was a charging issue, I connected it to the charger, but it did not charge at all. I raised a complaint immediately.
After two days, a technical team member contacted me for troubleshooting, which failed. The issue was then escalated to the next level, and another technician contacted me after more than 2 days, but the problem remained unresolved. I requested a replacement, and the support agent agreed, asking me to return the watch.
I handed the watch over to the delivery person the next day, expecting a replacement soon. However, it has now been [insert number of days/weeks], and I have received no update or replacement. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
To be honest, I now regret choosing this brand. The product quality and post-sale service are highly disappointing. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Noise products, especially the Noise Pulse 2 Max.
Please take immediate action and provide the replacement or a full refund. I am prepared to escalate this issue further if no response is received.

The watch is recommended for the price.
Lasts around 8 to 10 days on a single charge. Bluetooth calling is available, the mic and speaker quality could have been better. Display also is ok in direct sunlight.
