The phone is good for the price but what we got was a defective piece..The volume buttons were not working and the speaker while calling is also not that good..you can hardly hear anything from the speaker when on a call… And that too on the first use itself..and there wasn’t any option for return and there wasn’t much help from Amazon itself. So far our experience in buying phones through Amazon never went wrong but this one was the worst. Now never gonna trust in Amazon in buying digital appliances if they are not providing the after sale services or replacements..
