Please don’t purchase this product from Amazon. I received defective product from Amazon. When I request for replacement Amzon not even supporting and ask me to check with brand service. While I’m connecting with Poco brand service centre they’re are saying Flipkart is preferred portal to buy POCO product and adviced don’t use any other shopping portal to buy POCO mobile. Finally my problem is not resolved.
My total money and time waste with this product in Amazon. I can’t able to give 0 rating. So, I selected 1.
Now a days Amazon service going very worst. Not giving proper response or resolution for prime customer as well.

Mobile has little heating issue,touch response slightly not accurate sometimes it’s slow, lgta hi nahi ki 8 gb ram wala mobile use kar rha hu..it’s loading or response slow. Battery gives backup for 1 day with normal usage.

I bought this mobile in yesterday and speaker, but it’s not worth the price.
The sound quality is average and not as expected.
Also, when I use it, my mobile phone gets heated quickly.
It’s okay only for basic office use like calls or low-volume music.
Not suitable for heavy use or good music experience.

It’s been one month using this phone. Fine to use. Felt Battery drains fast. Sometimes phone lags.
Satisfied with the look, smooth, display, functions, and camara.
Weight is normal. To me I reckon this phone is worth for the this price.
