Why did you pick this product vs others?:
Very bad.. after a week itself it was not switching it on. I sent for replacement that did not happened, then i initiated for return,the delivery boy collected my phone but didn’t not initiated my amount. Still i didn’t get my amount,it’s one month now

Product is good but voice call clarity is low. Battery capacity not good . Only one day battery capacity.
Compare to previous jio bharat phones very less battery capacity.
Previous jio bharat phones are three days under battery capacity.
Voice call clarity is low not louder. Not recommended to buy it. Go for next level jio bharat phones under 1500 rupees . Not under 1000 rupees.

Really a good phone in this range absolutely amazing. Great , phone comes with sd card slot which support 128 gb storage also sound quality is perfect… Nice one

I purchased this phone, hoping to get a budget-friendly option that would still perform decently. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, the build quality is subpar, resembling a toy phone rather than a reliable device. The plastic feels flimsy and cheap, making it difficult to shake the impression that it could break at any moment. The buttons are poorly constructed and lack the tactile feedback you’d expect from a functioning phone; pressing them feels like a game of chance.
Sim of my old Jio Phone is not working in this phone. I purchased this phone to upgrade my device for Jio Sim, but money has gone wasted. Now, I have started using old Jio Phone again.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this phone to anyone looking for reliability or quality. It might be cheap, but you get what you pay for—an underwhelming device that feels more like a toy than a real phone. Save your money and invest in something more durable and functional.
AFTER RECEIVING THIS PHONE, I AM GETTING SO MANY SMS AND CALLS FROM JIO TO BUY SIM ALSO, WHICH IS VERY MUCH IRRITATING. IT IS SHAME THAT AMAZON HAS SHARED MY PHONE NUMBER WITH A THIRD PARTY JIO, WHICH IS VENDOR OF SELLER NAMED AS CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LTD ON AMAZON FOR THIS PHONE.

There is a single earpiece on the front side which is very loud and clear. The keypad although small is very responsive and quick compared to the costlier Jio Prima 2. Ringtones are very good and customisable. Video Player is very good but for creating playlists searches videos indefinitely from memory card. Runs on 3gp. Music Player is also good and allows to create Manual Playlists and add mp3 songs. There is no Auto Call Recorder, but allows Manual Call Recording. Auto Software is yet to function and hence Jio Service Centre visit is mandatory for Jio TV & Jio Sound Pay. Although cost is pocket friendly, the only CONS is the 1000 mAh battery, which sucks with no battery percentage.
