both ports are working fine, the built quality is also good, such a value for money product. I’m using it to power a soundbar i have, I’m not using it for smartphone charging purpose, so I’m not commenting on the charging speed. the power seems good to connect a soundbar to power it while the soundbar is on. no issue yet since weeks

I was really excited to have the charger delivered by Amazon on the same day. But I have noticed two issues –
1. No product manual and warranty card inside
2. Charging speed is really slow for my Redmi mobile but it worked for me.
However, I have not faced overheating or any other issues while using it.
Further, the cable provided with it is really good in length and quality.

It’s a very nice product by Portronics. I am using this product only for Earbuds, Voicebox. As of now, no issues faced. Thumbs up for the design. Even apple iphone charger is not that good. It’s user friendly and worth the price
