I am very surprised when mi service center declined to consider warranty claim . My device has only a few minor dent so on the basis of on a very minor dent service center declined to consider warranty.
I have a few questions.
1.Why service center have no technician to investigate the fault and reason of fault.
Is it possible if a minor screeches is only a base to decline.
Why they refused to customer saying that it is out of warranty and when I show documents they say due to this dent I will not take .
Whithout telling why was it not properly working without any investigation. By technician.
What was my fault due to declining the warranty claim.
Staff had no atiquetes to discuss the problem if I had any fault I will never claim.
At last I say only that if you use product then you will not keep it in showcase to avoid minor dent and and since internal problm of device and internal error and if it is then technician must told me this error caused by me or caused by any other reason .
So it is declare ,mi avoid warranty and customer faith .

After 1 month of use now i can say its so good it can charge my phone 2 times takes 5 to 6 hours to get fully charged built quality is also good it doesn’t hit in my case just use original or good cables. Design is good. Good performance. I won’t say its comfort and slim and not much ease of use cause i its kinda heavy two times heavier than my phone. Both pockets feel heavier bcs of phone and powerbank. But its worth it you should go for it.
