Setting up the TV was straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. The built-in speakers deliver decent sound quality, it’s showing very good quality with fire TV stick also responce is decent and good.

I am writing to report issues with a recently delivered VW 32-Inch HD Ready LED TV, which appears to be defective. I kindly request your immediate attention to the following concerns:

1. Display Issue:
When watching television channels via the Sun Direct dish connection, there is a persistent red hue and haziness on the screen. This severely impacts the viewing quality.

2. HDMI Connectivity Problem:
The TV is unable to connect to a computer or laptop using an HDMI cable. Multiple cables and devices have been tested, but the issue persists—suggesting a fault in the TV’s HDMI port or internal system.

3. Troubleshooting Already Performed:
A technician from Sun Direct has inspected the dish setup and confirmed that the set-top box functions properly with other televisions. This rules out any issue with the setup box or connection.

I request a prompt resolution to this matter, which may include a service visit, replacement, or refund as deemed appropriate.

My first budget TV.

Pros :
1) Good Loud Sound
2) Rich Video in spite of HD Ready
3) Fire TV Stick remote Integrated well
4) TV remote was able to control Fire TV Stick
5) On time Secured Delivery
6) Amazon Customer Service

Cons :
1) Average Build Quality. Was hard to plug in Fire TV Stick.
2) Stand Provided was wrong one. See pictures.
3) Poor Brand after Sales/Technical support.
4) Power cable is of ok quality.
5) Even remote was of average quality.

Had to go through lot of hassle with Brand Service team due to wrong TV stand Supplied.

Verdict :
I definitely recommend the product but ensure installation is selected along with delivery of the product and hope for right accessories to arrive. Product is definitely value for money but not worth the hassle.
