Product is ok but the service is bad, they said that the executive will come and install the TV. But no one came… got a message with out any contact details. Later no msg, no executive, nothing. Still we are watching TV on table top. Not wall mounting. Company has to send the message to customer with the contact details of executive. Then only it will workout.

Very pathetic and complex after purchase service, couldn’t even get service support for extended warranty for a tv purchased in 2022.

Before 7 months I purchased this tv. after 6 months it stopped working. The most irritating part is customer service. I have warranty and everything and they told me to pay some price to fix my tv problem but still they are making me to wait!!!!
Please don’t buy this tv. It’ll work only 6 months. I saw too many compliments.

THIS IS NOT A SMART TV AT ALL.
It doesn’t have wifi feature.
You must have dth connection to watch the linearvtv only.
No ott apps can be watched on this tv.
This is cheating.
Sound quality and picture quality is good at this price point!

After two months of use, I am giving this feedback.
I got it in Rs 6750/- only, believe me in this price segment you’ll not get an excellent led tv like what Kodak is providing to its customer,
Excellent sound quality like an expensive led tv.
Good picture quality…
Overall a good experience with Kodak again, don’t think so much, just go for it.
Now writing it after 3 years, tv indicator light turning on but TV screen is not getting on.
