I recently purchased the Acer 50-inch TV on Amazon and I’m very happy with the product! The picture quality is excellent, the sound is clear, and it offers great features at a very competitive price. It’s sleek, modern, and fits perfectly in our living space.
The delivery was prompt and professional—well-packaged and arrived right on time. Full marks to Amazon for that!
However, the installation experience was disappointing. The technicians who came for setup unexpectedly asked for a “bakshish” (tip) and left my bedroom cluttered with packings and covers all over the place , which felt unprofessional and awkward. While the TV itself and the service from Amazon were great, this aspect took away from the overall experience.
Acer and Amazon should ensure that installation partners maintain professional standards.
Overall, a fantastic product—just hoping the after-sales service can match up.
