I’m a big fan of Sony and whenever I purchase any Sony item, it never disappoints. Impressive sound, excellent quality, and sturdy build. A top-notch speaker that delivers! …..so whenever I am struck in purchase of any item I go for sony without any hesitation.

I have used Sony products before. They have always been good.
However, recently, Sony has come out with below-par products like the Bravia 3 TV, which is very poor compared to the Bravia 7, 8 or 9.
I chose to go in for the JBL and the Bose, which were in the same price bracket. However, after much online research (especially international reviews from good sites like Ratings, Tom’s, etc.), I went in for Sony.
After using it in my home with massive sound systems, including a Samsung 800B and others, I felt this was a pathetic sound system. I was disappointed.
But I needed a PC SPEAKER for the audio voice and podcasts. When I connected to my PC, I found the sound quality excellent and most suitable for the intended purpose. The Bass button is a bonus.
It is minimal and compact. The connectors are excellent. The sound is very high quality, balanced, and has finesse. I am happy with my purchase.
I don’t like my JB’s fake thumping bass for the same purpose, but this SONY does not exaggerate sounds. This may not be your ideal choice if you are solely into heavy music. Perhaps you should go for the other brands.
For LISTENING to voice audio, this one is excellent.
Best of Luck with your choosing!

Has some really good bass. The treble is also fine.
Battery lasts a very long time when on 30-50% volume.
Good and sturdy build.

I bought Tribit for 65$ first, thought higher price means higher quality, returned as it was a mess of all sounds, terrible. Then right after Amazon returned my guldens I bought Sony ULT Field 1. I am trying it third day in a row and i’m not happy at all. All these video reviews on tube and feedbacks on Amazon worth nothing. Why? Because you don’t know who has what experience, interests or anything else…age, income… So, ling story short- I have LG speaker PL7 and JBL C5 and Sony F1 is falls short compared to previous two. Ugly, very ugly bass, especially when you press ULT button in the middle of the song it spews on you weird sound, very disturbing and disappointing….Sometimes, when I see stuff like these, dashboard of Camry and hull design of Nissan Centra… I am thinking this these guys must have taken something strong…. Do not waste your money for ULT field 1, Tribits and rest …. Go for clear, soft almost perfect voice of PL7-you won’t be regret! Last advice- test first, then buy !

I recently purchased the Sony ULT, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. If you’re looking for a speaker that delivers exceptional sound quality with a sleek design, this one’s a winner.
Pros:
• Sound Quality: The audio is crisp and balanced with deep bass. Whether I’m playing soft acoustic tunes or heavy beats, the sound remains clear at all volumes.
• Battery Life: It offers long-lasting battery life, easily powering through an entire day without needing a recharge. Perfect for outdoor events or extended listening sessions.
• Portability: It’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry around. Despite its size, it packs a powerful punch with sound.
• Bluetooth Connectivity: Pairing with devices is seamless, and the connection remains stable even at a distance.
• Durability: The speaker feels solid and well-built. It has an IPX7 water resistance rating, so it’s perfect for poolside parties or camping trips without worrying about damage.
Cons:
• Price: It’s a bit on the expensive side compared to other speakers in its category, but the quality justifies the cost.
• Limited Color Options: It would have been nice to have more color choices. Currently, it’s available in just a couple of standard shades.
Overall, the Sony ULT is a fantastic speaker for those who value sound quality and portability. Despite a few minor drawbacks, it’s definitely worth the investment if you’re serious about great audio on the go.

¡Excelente sonido y calidad! Muy buena bocina por el precio. La batería dura mucho y el sonido es espectacular. El volumen llega a alto, sin ser extraordinario (quizá el único “defecto” que le encuentro).

Awesome. Love them!
Would purchase the TWO combined again. Great stereo sound with TWO Bluetooth’ed together.
Battery life seems very good even with the enhanced sound button on. They connect effortlessly too. And are durable. Mine have fallen to a carpeted floor 3 TIMES because I placed them in precarious spots and their inherent bass caused them to move just a tiny bit enough to fall. Place them on a table top, etc. and no problems. This was my definite user error, instead of any kind of fault.
I was looking for sound equal to, or better, than a 1982 Walkman I bought but never forgot.
I definitely wasn’t disappointed! These are by far, better sounding than 3 other name branded Bluetooth speakers I have purchased. And those, weren’t cheap ones either!
They possess a balanced sound profile with enough bass too. Clean sound across the entire spectrum!
“Thrilling” really.
Just don’t expect them to sound like there’s a dedicated subwoofer attached. But again, I find the bass response very pleasing. Super easy to grab as a pair and carry around too. Genuine “Grab and Go” anywhere!
They’ll accept either a “Normal / Standard” speed charger or a standard “Fast charger” too. They adapt. Just not something like “Super Fast” chargers. You need to not provide too much “voltage”. With varying “amps”, they only draw exactly what they need.
I would rate these very highly. And would DEFINITELY purchase these TWO again.
They will easily fill a large living room, and a good portion of an entire home.
Volume is very good and clean even turned all the way up.
No complaints here.

* ADDITIONAL INFO I PROVIDED IN “AN ANSWER” TO A QUESTION, POSED ELSEWHERE. BUT, WELL WORTH READING I BELIEVE:
I have TWO Ult Field 1’s and run them in TRUE STEREO. They automatically connect, even just turning 1 of the 2 on, or BOTH at the same time, from within the appropriate app!
If you notice, the Ult Field 1’s are THE ONLY Ult Field in the full lineup of speakers which ACTUALLY DO STEREO. The other models ALL connect in “Party Mode” MONO.
Now, here’s where I think your issues arose. The Ult Field 1’s MUST, FIRST-EVER be “stereo paired” in the Sony *Music Center* app, NOT the newer “Sound Connect” app. However, once Bluetooth stereo paired in the Sony “Music Center” app THE FIRST TIME, they’ll THEN work fine in Sony’s “Sound Connect” too.
I found, I simply prefer using the “Sony Music Center” app BETTER, regardless! It seems to provide additional features for the Ult Field 1 over what’s available in “Sound Connect”.
And AGAIN all this, really only applies to the STEREO SEPARATION which ONLY the “Ult Field 1 model” can provide.
“Party mode” may be LOUDER MONO, but never actually SEPARATES into 2 different channels for TRUE STEREO.
I only know all this, partly because I read the instructions carefully, but also because I loved the Ult Field 1’s STEREO PAIRED together so much, that I came back and was seriously looking into the larger versions offered.
That was, until I found NONE of the larger speakers provide true stereo SEPARATION when paired and placed several feet apart.
This is really because the larger models already separate into STEREO WITHIN *ONLY* THEIR OWN CASE, and NEVER actually do provide TRUE STEREO SEPARATION because it’s already locked-in to their, each separate case.
I’m keeping my Ult Field 1’s because they’re the only true way within the entire lineup, of achieving TRUE SEPARATION (of up to several / many distinct, feet apart)!
It’s one thing I believe “most buyers” aren’t actually noticing about the entire lineup.
I’m SURE the larger units provide better INDIVIDUAL sound, however when “paired” together they never truly form a separate-able stereo pair.
They instead just make additional “volume” and “space-filling” sound in their “Party Mode” of up to many, multiple pairings.
I wonder if you initially PAIRED in “Sound Connect” and haven’t actually achieved TRUE STEREO SEPARATION yet!
If not, DELETE all instances of the speakers existing within whatever apps, then re-Bluetooth pair within Sony *MUSIC CENTER* FIRST.
Then, set your speakers several feet apart on separate sides of your head, and truly ENJOY!
I’m keeping my little Ult Field 1 pair. Because they provide something special to make up for their otherwise tiny size: TRUE STEREO SEPARATION!
(I sincerely hope I didn’t mix up the TWO app names within this composition. If you wish to review your “original” instructions, but otherwise threw them away, they can be re-downloaded from Sony’s website, of course.)

I recently picked up the Sony ULT Field 1, and I have to say—this speaker is on another level! The sound quality is absolutely phenomenal, with deep bass, clear mids, and crisp highs. Whether indoors or outdoors, it delivers a powerful and immersive audio experience that easily outperforms both the JBL Flip 6 and Flip 7.
What really sets the ULT Field 1 apart is its portability. It’s compact, lightweight, and has a rugged design that’s perfect for travel, picnics, or beach days. The battery life is solid, and the water-resistant build gives me peace of mind no matter where I take it.
Sony has done an excellent job blending style, durability, and top-notch sound in one speaker. If you’re torn between this and a JBL, trust me—go with the Sony ULT Field 1. It’s a total winner! 🔥🎶

Now amazon is not providing 100% assurance, simply saying service center warranty, I received a defective product, and amazon saying they can’t do any thing from their side. Even prime member no use.
After reaching service center, KPHP, Hyderabad next to temple stop bus stand. The way their response of treating customers is unacceptable and dirty tough. On the next day they told it has some defect, we are requested for replacement. As the product is international discount I recommend it would be a defective or Internal electric items might be outdated. Do buy this product also stop using prime membership. Now a days amazon also commercial on their product and lack of customer importance.
My situation definitely gives awareness to others I am feeling.

I have no problem with the product Itself, i ordered 2 black speakers, i received one gray speaker. Why? I ordered 2 black speakers. What can i do with 2 speakers of different colors? I was in a hurry i wanted to use them for outdoor camping trip, i could order them elsewhere but they had only one black speakers. now i have to wait to return and replace, it is just a bad experience, all because the seller decided to send me a different color. Bad experience, the speaker sounds nice though
