When I took it out of the Amazon packaging, I noticed there was a hole in the Portronics box. Also I noticed no package seals that normally appear in these boxes. So my suspicions were this is a used product. I took out the speaker and I saw the blue LED already blinking and checked the power switch button was already on. This worried me because it now appeared it may be a used and returned product and possibly may have some damage. I went ahead and checked the performance. Bluetooth connection is flawless. FM Radio is fine, just need to keep the antenna raised and find a good spot, the FM works fine then. The battery level was 65% when I connected it. Will check for 2-3 more days for any visible issues, otherwise will get it exchanged. Speaker is great though

Bought it for fm radio purposes, buttons are big and legible for aged people which is helpful. Bass effect is really good. Even fm radio has the bass. Comes with antenna which makes it a more legit radio. Bluetooth pairing is also fast and song listening experience is good.

The product has good build quality, but sound lacks clarity. It has good bass, but treble is low which significantly reduces the vocal clarity

✓ It has very crisp and clear sound with adequate bass and treble as it has two seperate speakers.
✓It has Bluetooth connectivity,Aux connectivity,MicroSD and USB also.
✓It has also very useful feature which I loved most i.e FM radio which is equipped with a Antenna due to which it catches a very clear FM broadcasts.
✓ It is chargeable with type C port which takes less time to charge it fully and give very long battery backup.
✓ It has a led light with seperate button to switch it on and off and this led light is very useful as it can be used as torch light.
After all it is all over a very useful and entertainment packed source at its worthy price.

Recently bought the product for my parent. its easy to use. It has great sound for its size and price – the bass and treble are great for its size. the volume is a bit low for a 10w RMS speaker but that is compensated by the good quality audio.
FM reception was great – I bought it for this purpose primarily – clear and picked up all channels though i live in a place far from the FM transmission tower. Overall happy with the purchase. Thanks Ptron and Amazon for a great experience.
